This leads one to ask, “What is the deal with the numbers?” One would think the word social is an obvious clue. You need to able to interact with your followers, and you cannot interact with bots. An organically grown community will allow you to build relationships with the public and engage in visible activity. This leads us to the question of ethics; the social media sector is mostly unregulated, and you do not need any accreditation to call yourself a social media guru.
