Ecommerce start-up GPS Creative joined Mediatorr in mid-2009. Their unique product, which allows consumers to download local celebrity voices to their Garmin, is the first of its kind in South Africa.

Any general comments with regards to your working relationship with Mediatorr?

The working relationship with them has evolved over a period of time to such an extent that both parties (GPS Creative and Mediatorr) work very effectively with each other to see targets and time lines met. We set the standard of communication to fit in with our unique business style and they have adapted very well to this. They have been flexible enough to deviate from time to time to be able to assist us which are qualities that are hard to find from most online providers. Lastly, they have helped us a state of the art website with ‘first in the world’ technology without major hick-ups. They are able to grasp our ideas and develop accordingly.

Delivery time?

Time delivery I have found to be a mutual responsibility. Expect reasonable time lines and be satisfied, have a rush job every time, and you will be frustrated. Mediatorr stick to set time lines and give enough lead time when they know there might be a problem. They have been willing to assist with crisis’s and rush jobs when needed but we try to keep this to a minimum from our side.

The quality of service?

Professional quality have been delivered every time.

I can vouch for Mediatorr as I have been through a few so called online experts in the past and I do understand the frustrations that come with the territory, however these negative aspects have been absent in our relationship with Mediatorr.
